The Open Rectangle is great for wide buttons such as the TAB KEY, CAPS LOCK, SHIFT, ENTER, SPACEBAR, BACKSPACE. Of course this depends on the keyboard.
It has a hollow center which allows your finger to zero in on the middle of the key.
